    Terrible customer service! When responding to their email for an upgrade offer. I state that I was only interested in an aisle seat. When I arrived I had a window seat which I did not want. I called expedia for a refund to the upgrade. Each expedia emlpoyee could not answer my question about responsibility. They asked me to hold while they found help then when they could not answer my question they said they would put me on hold again and transfer me to a supervisor. This happened 3 times with the same wait. Finally I got another supivisor who told me that I had agreed to the terms so there... More...
